"I've come to a place that I feel comfortable. Being a woman who experienced once bitten twice shy horrific experiences throughout my lifetime. Just like Medical physicians and specialists whom we entrust our oral care has a tremendous impact as to how we are are treated. I've had not so much of a good upbringing regarding dental care and due to a bad experience it left me traumatized and fearful. Whenever I endured an issue I opted to having an extraction rather than a fix to keep my teeth.. I have a few left and subsequent to choosing this Dental office and DDS I feel that there was/is a genuine respect and concern from many of the staff that I encountered upon my visit. Lee and the other hygienist (Tanya (sp?) AWESOME...catered to my concerns and inquiries regarding each step and procedure they executed(performed). Tanya made me more comfortable as she took me down memory lane with some oles kool boy band groups lol Dr Nanra (Wonderful) took the time to explain every procedure throughout the procedure performed to save a tooth. He even exceeded the bar in ensuring other concerns to make it more pleasant of an experience for me. This really made a tremendous positive impact everything. Busy Doctor as he navigated back n forth to the needs and procedures of his patients however he never appeared to be frustrated, angry or impatient in all that I put them through with my dental anxiety. I anticipate acquiring the Healthy Beautiful Smile and even more this 2024.
