"Tara is the BEST. She has done my entire leg garden, and I am so thankful for her as an artist, and for Lost Lakes as the best tattoo spot around! The attention to detail, perfect placement of pieces, the wonderful atmosphere—no matter where I live, I will always trek to LL and Tara for my ink! Thank you!"
"Tara did my lilac tattoo. It is gorgeous! She did a fantastic job! Very welcoming shop. Clean and I love that masking is still happening to keep us all safe. Would definitely recommend!"
"I’ve had the great fortune to meet and collaborate with Tara on a tattoo that is near and dear to my heart. She took my ramblings about an idea and the experiences inspiring their representation and brought them to life in a beautiful piece of art. I’m in awe of her skill and creativity. Tara encourages collaboration, spending ample time with me finalizing composition to ensure everything was just right. Tara is flexible and communicative when it comes to scheduling. My piece took several appointments and Tara was always accommodating and understanding when life or physical conditions dictated pace or availability. Affording her the same flexibility and understanding is a no-brainer in my mind. I always feel welcome and taken care of by Tara. She is compassionate and genuinely cares about her clients. She is a good, kind human who is incredibly talented at her craft. Anyone would be lucky to collaborate with her and be the owner of a piece of her art. I’m forever ecstatic and grateful that I do! Thank you, Tara!!"
"I was really torn for a long time whether to post a review, but I think it’s important for people to know. While everyone here was nice and accommodating, there ended up being a bunch of problems with my full sleeve. It took a lot more time than originally anticipated, especially for the quality. Colors used didn’t take well, they ended up having to have a session where they re-went over the new colors. The art on the site was detailed and vibrant, along with the design I was shown. I will likely get a tattoo done over this, which kind of sucks since it’s a full sleeve. For some context, I have a full side piece in color and have had other tattoos, so this wasn’t my first and had an idea of what to expect. I posted just part of it, so you can see how the color blocking ended up. The artist chose to do blocks of color, but it’s inconsistent and there’s bare skin spots along the lines"
