"I am gutted by my first experience at Julia Grace Salon. I made an appointment, and I called in advance to ask for someone who was good with bangs. I was assured "everyone is good with bangs here." Although Leslie is a nice girl, I believe she completely ruined my hair. She cut my side pieces to about 2 inches in length. Furthermore, she cut my bangs incredibly uneven, which is a number one skill if you are cutting someone's hair. If you can't cut evenly, you should never come close to someone's hair with a pair of scissors. The side pieces now flop and are impossible to style. She has no idea the pain she caused me by ruining my hair. I had to shave my head three years ago, and it was finally to the length of my chest. She cut 8 inches off my side pieces. They were long, so when I put my hair up the side pieces would be long. I asked for Sabrina Carpenter bangs, and she assured me she knew what she was doing. My hair was very poorly done. I went back in the next day and Maizie did the best she could to repair my hair, but the damage was already done. Furthermore, there were no apologies for the mistakes that were made, and I didn't get a refund, which is I think the bare minimum for destroying my hair that I can never get back or even a free cut in the future when my hair does grow back. All-in-all, If I go to a professional, I should receive professional level service, but unfortunately, I could've done a better job at home myself. It will take me a year and a half to grow that length back. There are no excuses for this service. If she wasn't comfortable with cutting bangs, or didn't know if something was okay, she should've asked someone more knowledgeable to step in. I am extremely disappointed."

"Really nice salon with super friendly staff! They really go out of their way to make you comfortable. My only critique would be that as someone who is not super familiar with salons it would be nice if there was a bit more price transparency. Their prices are not unfair at all but unless you look up your stylist beforehand you won’t know how much the cut will be, and they do not give itemized receipts which show how much each component is. Not a dealbreaker but just something people should know."

"Camille is life saver!! I got my eyelash extensions somewhere else which made my eyes so irritating and caused inflammation leading me to the urgent care. I called Julia Grace Salon right away and unexpectedly, they were able to let me in immediately. I was so grateful that Camille did such a thorough work on removing the extensions and cleansing the glue residue which made me feel much better. Though this is not something they charge much, Camille’s work is not discounted in any way. I like this place and will definitely come back for other services!"

"This was the best experience I have ever had at a salon. I walked in nervous, apprehensive and my hair was a mess. The entire staff immediately made me feel welcome and at ease, bringing me a cool drink and showing me to a chair. Julia was my stylist and from the first moment to the last - she was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly - listened to everything I was feeling about my hair. Her suggestions and feedback inspired confidence making choices and deciding on a style and color. The best part of the visit personally? Julia was the warmest, sweetest person who made me feel special, important and beautiful. I can't say enough about what a wonderful day she made for me :) 10/10 ☆☆☆☆☆"
