"Matthew was very nice and the studio was beautiful, but he did not cut my hair the way I asked at all. I brought a picture and had a specific length and style I wanted and he cut way more off and thinned out my hair a lot. It did not look like the picture at all or what I asked for. It changed my face shape completely. If u go give very specific directions and ask that he doesn’t stray from them."
