"Had the doctor at this clinic for years. Then had some problems with his office staff at which time they made it so I was not able to talk to the doctor. I asked over and over, as I believed I had the right to speak to him directly as I always had before. Then they started making excuses ...... Like he will call but they have to charge me for it!!!!!! What? They sad that's their policy. Well, he had called me numerous times in the past and until they were upset did this charge all the sudden appear. Then he doesn't tell me and lowers my dose. Then more office staff problems. The manager is completely out of line and unprofessional. As to the extent of raising her voice saying "it's all your fault, not ours!", after telling me she got yelled at by the doctor. The next thing. The doctors staff calling me saying I'm not a patient anymore. Then pulling my current script from the pharmacy for 2x a day. Which was already abruptly reduced without my knowledge...... To a script for 15 pills. THATS RIGHT! 15!. FROM 90 to 60 to 15. In a month without warning. I called over and over and asked to speak to the doctor. I tried to schedule an appointment for a face to face. Got turned down at every attempt. That was over 5 months ago and I still can't find a replacement doctor with his specialty that takes my insurance. HE ABANDONED ME!"
