"My case manager, Gordon, was incredibly unprofessional. I don't know if he was new, but he had almost no knowledge of the available resources. He always had to "get back to me" so he could ask people above him or in other departments and even then it was anyone's guess whether he actually would. If I started expressing any frustration, he would take it personally and lecture me about how I was making him feel bad. It felt like I was being punished for having emotions during my appointments. The resources I was given here were all but non existent, with the exception of Manny who was the only one who actually seemed to want to do anything. I also saw the psychiatrist who told me word for word that he couldn't help me. He wasn't allowed to prescribe the medications I needed because ADHD is not on his "city approved list of treatable conditions" or some nonsense. Being a client at Turning Point was a huge waste of my time and energy. If you're looking for help, you're not going to find it here."

"Terrible service. It's a miracle if you see the same doctor more than once. You can never get ahold of your case worker, and they may still have their "I'm sorry, I'm on Christmas vacation" answering machine recording running in July. Some doctors really seem to care, but they get taken away from you before they can do anything to help."
