"I try my best not to write negative reviews of medical professionals being one myself but never in my life have I experienced a worse attempt at patient care than with Godwin Okungbowa. I was scheduled a telemedicine appointment with this P.A. as my provider stated I needed an appointment to get authorization for medical therapy because I work in an at risk profession. I explained the last 6 weeks that led up to this appointment to him. After explaining my situation he told me "Youre telling me two different things, what do you want?" I bit taken aback after my explanation, I simply stated "I just need authorization for this so my insurance will cover it". Instead of hearing my out all he said was "You need to go to this other clinic for a walk in appointment, they tell you whether or not youre approved." I tried to stay composed on the phone and explained "I was given this appointment for this exact purpose, I dont want to roll the dice on ANOTHER clinic after waiting over a month for this appointment." He didnt really seem to care and starting reciting addresses to me. He had a very thick accent (not anything he can help but I was having a hard time understanding him) and asked him "Can you at least text or email these addresses to me?" He said in a very dismissive tone "Im sorry, dont you have a pen in front of you? I dont send emails". I was so done at this point, he not only wasted my time that day but the last 6 weeks waiting for this appointment. I have all the respect in the world for P.A's, they have tough jobs and not enough of the credit. I have no respect for this man. I have never met a less caring medical professional. Do yourself a favor and find a different P.A. or doctor if his name is suggested."

"I was there today!!! Had an appointment for 2:40pm… to check my skin… got there early!!! EVERYONE was SUPER nice to me!!! My first time at their clinic! Heck yeahhhhh!!! Your are not in a private clinic that will cost you thousands of dollars that you I don’t have!!! Stillll!!! Everyone in there is super nice, the doctor “Dione” (hope I got it right! Jessica the assistant!) they were all awesome… I really don’t know where all this yariyariyari complaints comes from…. Maybe you will be nice to them like me And they will treat yahhhh alllll good!!! "I recently went w my grandmother to her doctors appointment at the Oak Park location was seriously impressed with how clean and organized this place is. The staff is so nice! We were greeted and checked on while waiting, and even offered water. They sanitize all the common areas too! Thank you for a great experience."

"The front office staff are amazing, friendly and kind. The hygienist and every dentist we have seen have been absolutely wonderful, very professional and have treated my daughter 14yrs with respect and care helping her get her teeth ready for braces. Love this place and I highly recommend this as a good choice for children's dental care. Thank you to the entire staff for all that you do!!"
