"After having horrible experiences at other doctors offices, I was recommended to Peachtree by the hospital. I changed my insurance to go here. I hated going to the doctor so much I hadn’t been to one in 3 years. However, I had wonderful experience At Peachtree, I saw NP Chappell. She is so nice and she actually listened to me and took my concerns seriously, I feel very confident having her in charge of my care. I also saw the chiropractor Charles Price, I go to him every couple of weeks now. He is amazing and the first time I saw him he adjusted my neck and immediately relieved a horrible pain I’ve had in my neck for years. Even the girls at the front desk were nice and it is a clean office and they don’t make you wait long. Complete opposite of every other doctors office I’ve been to."

"In 2023 I changed Doctors 4 times because I felt the doctor did not listen to me when I asked a question and I felt that the doctor made me feel like I was unclean and uncomfortable. My appointment with Karen FNP was very well I felt she listened to my concerns and demonstrated to me how a hammer toe looks. I understood her explanations. I was very please with the clinic. I can go to one building and get the majority of my medical problems done. Including my eyes and make my eye glasses selection in the same place. The staff was very professional and helpful. "I liked the receptionists at the front desk and the medical technician was nice but when the doctor came she was an hour and 20 minutes late she just rushed through me so fast barely gave me any time she was speed talking and I couldn't understand what she was saying with all of her technical stuff she acted like she was very egotistical and that she knew more about my conditions than I do of my own body. She was very very young and here I am 70 years old and I know what's going on with me and she acted as if I was lying to her about the water in my ear even though she couldn't see it and I know that I have diminished hearing and that there's still some sort of moisture in my ear because I can hear it. I can't stand doctors who are egotisticals who think they know it all and she's probably 40 years younger than me and I just met her and still she thinks she knows it all. I can't stand people who have so much book knowledge but very little life experience and no social skills whatsoever and that's the way the doctor was who I saw yesterday and I was very disappointed in her and she didn't schedule a blood test which I asked for and there were a lot of things that she didn't take care of because she only had about 10 minutes with me. And she's probably making hundreds of dollars with every patient she sees for only 10 or 15 minutes it's absolute robbery of our health insurance and of people who are just barely getting by"

"I was able to get an appointment the same day. I saw Dr Raj from immediate care. He was able to address most of my needs. I was able to get my prescriptions filled within an hour after leaving the clinic. I would have given this visit a 5 star if all of my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. The wait time and the ease of scheduling an appointment was super efficient. Overall, I have always had a positive experience at Peachtree health. I have been going to Peachtree for over 5 years."
