"My experience with this place was very unpleasant they had very slow service I went there on 4 pm got seen on 6pm and the office doesn’t arranged like a clinic."
"My school provided me with this place to get free sports physicals. I called them multiple times during their office hours and they didn’t pick up a single call nor give a call back. I had to go as a walk in, and they told me that their sports physicals provider wasn’t there today. If they had picked up their phone I wouldn’t have had to go there in person and waste my time. Terrible experience, not worth going to."
"I came here because it was before 9am and my regular urgent care was not open yet. First off, it feels like the school nurse's office and the young person who checked me in says they only take cash for co-payment. Ok 2023. I was suffering from an infection in my big toe because of some wood debris that I stepped in that got lodged under my cuticle. The nurse practitioner came in and did not touch or even examine closely. She gave me a disgusted face and ordered some mild antibiotics. Fast forward a week while traveling for my job and the infection grew and had to see an urgent care in Louisville KY where they x-rayed my toe for debris, cleaned it up with a scalpel and strong antibiotics that are now working. I will never go back to this place or recommend anyone else there. Worst medical services and experience I have ever had. I could have lost a toe because of their negligence. Horrible!"
"Wouldn’t give me a note to excuse my daughter from school even when all the other nurses were looking at her like she was wrong . This urgent care is in the NUSD building and still couldn’t get a note. Then when I get in my car they want to call me probably to tell me they were wrong . I’ll never go back waste of time . I don’t recommend"
"I went the Urgent Care Now on Arena Blvd to get a vaccine for my daughter for school. My GF and I spent about 5 minutes making it EXTREMELY clear multiple times going over with the lady who checked us in that we only wanted 1 of the 2 vaccines that they said my daughter needed. We showed her emails from the school and our upcoming doctor appointment to get the other vaccine. She wrote a sticky note message and put it on our paperwork and gave it to Deborah who is the provider. When my daughter was called to the room by Danielle to get her shot, Danielle never went over what shot she was giving to my daughter. A minute after the vaccine was given Danielle hands my GF the paperwork that showed both vaccines checked off. We were obviously shocked and angry that they gave her both vaccines when we said not to but Danielle said she gave her only 1 vaccine. It wasn't the vaccine we asked for. I wanted to clear up who made the mistake by talking to the provider Deborah, the front desk lady and Danielle at the same time. It turns out my daughter got both vaccines instead of just the one that Danielle said she gave her. Deborah had nothing but excuses and blamed the front desk lady saying she never got the message. I made the front desk lady show me the sticky note (that she got out of the trash) and sure enough it had the correct vaccine we asked for written down and she said she placed it on our paperwork and put it in front of the desk Deborah was working. Deborah said she gave us whatever the computer said we needed and doesn't go by the sticky notes. She even had the nerve to say that if we wanted something different than what's in the computer, that I should have talked to her directly even though I didn't even know who she was. She took no responsibility for anything. The next day I contacted the head person in charge of all of the Urgent Care Now locations named Rochelle and she waited nearly a week to get back to me. She didn't get back to me until I called the school district office to notify them what happened and then she called me about 45 minutes later clearly after the school called her. Rochelle started off the phone conversation "I did a thorough investigation. Here's what happened" and went on to say about a half dozen false statements in an apparent attempt to gaslight me or cover their *sses. I told Rochelle the things she said wasn't true and she said, "I would take the word of our professionals over you any day". It appears that she coached the people what to say and everyone got their stories straight before she called me back. She was agitated and rude to me and tried to get out of the conversation many times. I asked to talk to Danielle over the phone after Rochelle TOLD me the lie that Danielle DID tell us what vaccine she gave us beforehand. Danielle (who clearly seemed well coached) claimed she told my GF and me what vaccine she was giving my daughter before she gave it, but we must not have heard her. She definitely did not. Obviously if she just told us the correct vaccine(s) she was giving my daughter 2 minutes before the shot was given, why would she tell us something different 1 minute afterwards? It was clear that Danielle didn't even know what vaccine she was gave my daughter. Urgent Care Now in my opinion violated my daughter and were very unprofessional, rude and unapologetic. It's pretty clear there is little to no communication going on between all the workers there which is quite dangerous. They didn't follow proper safety measures or do the things needed to protect my daughter. It doesn't matter what their computer said to give her. They should have done what we said (the parents) or at least the provider should have had a conversation with us beforehand. My daughter could have gotten the same vaccine we said not to give her earlier in the day at another clinic. I wonder how many others got the wrong treatment because of a "sticky note" failure. Do yourself a favor and if you need Urgent Care or a vaccine, go to a place that is professional and admits when they make a mistake."
