"the receptionist was extremely rude. if you’re going to work at a planned parenthood then you need to be gentle with patients coming in. receptionist was insensitive, seemed bratty, and felt unwelcoming and made an anxious situation worse. i have never written a review before, and this is the first time i’ve felt compelled to do so. very rude."

"My first experience here was amazing! I think the nurses name was Kia?? And the doctors name Holly? Maybe Anne? Lol I apologize if you are reading this but The nurse was so sweet and helpful, the doctor was informative and non judge mental. I appreciated the service from them both very much so. They have a really great staff. I will say I was on time for my apt but wasn’t seen for another 30 min or so but honestly it was worth it. Be prepared to wait a lil while My 2nd time coming the nurse was less informative. Maybe her first day? Lol anywho giving a 5 because again they did a great job overall and offer a very necessary service often for free. Very much appreciated ❤️"

"Waiting over an hour for a depo shot. They said Im next line but theres been four people to leave and still no one has called me back. They told me over the phone I’d just come in real quick to get the shot and go. Beware this clinic is as slow as humanly possible and the people are extremely rude and not helpful at all. The nurse tells me to go somewhere else and that I should be lucky that planned parenthood is even an option. The staff members are extremely rude and stuck up."
