"Today I make a phone to Al Centro medical center El Cajon to find out the timing for the lunch break because once I visited at 12:15 Pm they were not working because doctor is not available it’s lunch break but today the reception replied me that you can go any time to urgent care from 8am to 8pm but again same thing happened I visited by 12:30 Pm the reception informed me to come by 1:30Pm because the doctor is not available. So I am sitting in the car waiting for Urgent care doctor, that was my experience which I faced two times."

"Today my kids are sick I take them to urgent care in centro medico El Cajon my kids have fever really bad I checked in first and the front desk didn’t finish my check in and then they squeeze another person before me because I am from different country and then she wants to her country. Arabic people go first before me and they took my line and then I wanted to talk to supervisor. He didn’t come to see me too. this is un respectful and manager . He didn’t come to talk and ask what happened and then the front desk is so rude. They told me if you don’t want here you can go visit somewhere else they are so rude. And un respectful."

"Although these reviews already show you a picture of how this facility is, I would like to throw my own experience in as well. My brother and I walked in and there was only one other patient waiting. Not only do they not greet us, but when we greeted them they just looked at us and said sign in. As a receptionist you're the face of whatever field you are in. As a receptionist for an urgent care clinic, you absolutely need to have a firm grasp on what hospitality and courtesy is. It's appalling the kind of people that go into the medical pathway who have no idea how to act when they're on duty. While my brother stated he was feeling severely nauseous and lightheaded, the receptionist just says take a seat and we'll call you when it's your turn. No compassion or empathy shown at all. Then the 3 receptionists just stand around idly laughing and chattering away like they're in a social gathering. It's not unfair to hold someone to a higher standard in this field, but not only do these employees not have exceeding qualities, they don't even reach the requirements of compassion and empathy that my 4 year old nephew has. It's honestly sad to be that bad at your job, even volunteers would put in more effort than these people being paid subjectively more than they have shown themselves to be worth. If I could give negative stars and automatically report them to whatever higher up could actually do something about it, I wouldn't even waste my time writing this. If you have any chance to go else where I highly advise you to do so. This was my first time here and certainly my last"

"Last year I visited doctors very good but the staff very bad the send may prescription to Walmart pharmacy told me 1 hours is taking 4 hours to get my medication after 4 time I moved between this centro medico and Walmart ( at last I take the prescription by my hand to Walmart… I complained to them after that I had emergency They refused to help me I will contact health department and a county abut this"
