"I went to this branch to have a disabled placard re-issued. The lady who helped me said they would call me back as soon as their boss came out of a meeting to help me do that, because she wasn’t sure if she could help me with my placard reissue. I left with her promising to call me later that day, and never heard from her again. I’ve been a AAA member for over 20 years; this is not how you should treat customers."

"One of the worst insurance companies I’ve seen! The guy who sits at the begging to the left I’m not sure if his name is Dan but he is super rude . He messed up my auto policy ! He purposely made it more expensive. My best advise to you is to Google Costco auto insurance and call them to get a quote you’ll save a lot of money. In the mean time you would want to keep their towing membership just in case ."
