"They didnt have my product ready, didnt even have my order in place even though it was confirmed the day before, wasted 3 hours of my time and not even a single apology. This is besides 4 treatment cancelations they did every other time I was scheduled. Horrible experience, everything is bad, customer service, scheduling, attitude, the whole setup, I wish I wouldnt have spent so much money here while other places offer the same thing hopefully with less headache and disappointment."

"Had a really bad experience with my visit in July '23. After my injection I immediately experienced a severe headache. The headache lasted so long (5 days) that I called to speak to the nurse because I was concerned. After I explained the issue to the receptionist, I was informed that the nurse (or someone) would call me back. Unfortunately, no one ever did call me back to check on my concerns or how I was feeling. This lack of concern and follow up leads me to believe they do not really care about their patients. I will not be returning."

"Updating my review: Still love shai- she is amazing and the girls at the front told me the girl was wrong. If you are a member you get the membership Botox price no matter what but on Tuesdays it is 20 unit min for the cheaper priced Botox.. and they apologized.. phew thank goodness ! I’m glad it was clarified"
