"Went this morning right after they opened. Was in and out in 30 mins. That has never happens. Staff was so nice and helpful. Dr was great. Helped me with my pain from pulling a muscle in my neck/back. Great service, clean office and amazing bed side manner. Thank you"

"Went there for my son who had a sore throat, there were 2 other people in the waiting room (only 2)and we waited, and we waited, and we waited, 1 person walked out, and we waited. Let me get to my point, we waited and waited for eeeevvveeerrr. Staff at front desk were not that friendly. Would not go there again. I honestly think the reviews on there website were all to fake. It wasn't quick and the staff wasn't that helpful or friendly."

"So this nurse with glasses whose shift is usually Thursdays doesn’t know how to take blood, this is almost a week after he inserted a needle in my arm have some blood work done, obviously not trained well enough because my friken arm is all purple, you suck. "In short, I never got seen. My expectations may be too high but compared to other Urgent Care facilities I have gone too, this place was absolutely horrid and made it almost impossible for me to be seen. The long of it is that my previous urgent care visit was with Marque. With Marque I signed up online, made an appointment, showed up at the correct time for the appointment, and was seen. AFC has a very similar website that allows you to sign up online and schedule an appointment so I followed the same process that worked with Marque. Since I work full time this is super beneficial so that I can plan around my schedule. When I showed up for my appointment I was told that they don't do appointments, even though you can book one online, and that I would need to wait the 1.5 - 2 hours to be seen since I am now a walk-in. I put my name on the list and was told that I would get a text/call 20 minutes before I would be seen. I live near the clinic and since I would get a text decided I could go home and continue working while I wait to be contacted. I verified that this would be ok with the receptionist who said that is fine since they would contact me 20 minutes before being seen and left. Fortunately, in my frustration that my appointment time was not honored, I figured if I have to wait 2 hours I am not giving my money to this place and went some where else to get seen. However, while I had already been seen at another clinic, I called AFC 5 hours later as I had never been contacted. When I told them that I was still waiting to be contacted I was told that I had been called "numerous" times in the past 20 minutes and no one picked up but if I came down now I would be put at the front of the line to be seen next. I verified that the phone number they had was accurate and concluded that they never tried to contact me."

"Yes there was a wait but not because the staff was slacking. That’s to be expected with urgent care. The staff was friendly and on top of everything, as soon as my test results came back the doctor was in and handing me some tips to feel better, while my prescription was being sent to my pharmacy. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Which is especially appreciated during the holidays when no one wants to work! God bless you all!"
