"They never answer the phone! I’ve been calling from 8:30 am and it says “all of our representatives are busy assisting others, please wait…” Come on, how many people can call on Monday at 8:30 am so they can’t answer the phone for 1 HOUR!!!! NONSENSE!!!! I think they just drink their morning coffee and chat while sick patients are waiting on phone!!!"

"The doctors here have been very helpful and kind anytime that we have had to come in. I have had issues with having to wait on the phone but if you text them they reply when they can get back to you instead of waiting on the phone forever. I have had no problems with Dr. Mangine and Arlata. They have always been patient and I didn’t feel like they were in a rush."

"I tried scheduling an appointment for my newborn with a pediatrician we just transferred to. My eldest son just saw her once and we wanted to give her another shot with our LO. We usually go to Sharp Rees Steely, but was recommended by friend to check out this pediatrician. When I tried to schedule his appointment she was booked up and was offered to see another doctor. Since he was a couple days old and we wanted him to be seen, we took the next available doctor. Come to find out this person is out of network and we are being billed the full amount. During g my sons checkup the doctor seemed like she was in a rush and didn't have time to answer questions. She barley checked on my son and left hastily. I had questions and had to ask the nurse which went to go get the doctor again. Wasn't sure if she needed to use the bathroom because of how she was responding, but I felt she didn't have time to be there to help us out. We ended up going back to Sharp, and thank goodness we did. They go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and very easy to make appointments. My son had Jaundice and the doctor even called us on her day off to let us know the results. Radys wanted to send us to a different location for a check up over the weekend because they were closed (another thing we didn't like, since the office is down the street from us). Overall we tried likeing Radys, but with our experience of difficulty scheduling with our pediatrician and parking is a nightmare, we decided to go back to Sharp Rees Stealy and we are very happy we did. Also, everyone one is in network, so we don't have to worry about looking up a doctor when your LO is sick."

"We've only been for wellness visits, which are fine, but I've had a real issue with getting anyone on the phone when I have a question or need to request information. I'm waiting on the phone right now and as I write this I have been waiting on hold for 20 minutes and counting. I have two phones on hold right now. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. It is the third time and I've been with this practice since we moved here 8 months ago. It seems they want to direct all inquiries and concerns to their mychart or online portal, which just isn't good enough when I need to talk to someone faster than 3 business days. This is a real change from our pediatrician practice we cam from. We were able to speak to someone on the phone immediately every time we called and had immediate callbacks when needed. This is a real let down. I am moving my children to a different more responsive practice. As I end this message, I'm still holding at 25 minutes and no one has picked up to acknowledge my call... Ridiculous. I don't know how to get ahold of anyone to say my kid had a positive antigen covid test and probably shouldn't be going to his wellness exam tomorrow and can I reschedule or what do they suggest as next steps. Now 27 minutes and no one has picked up..."

"Dr. Fink has been wonderful! As a new and first time mommy, she helps me understand milestones and is very understanding with my choice to delay/deny vaccinations. My son and I love her! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming as well!"
