"The dental assistant, Jenny, threaten my granddaughter. If she didn’t “behave” she would get the Dr (Allan) to make me leave the room. She had no patience with a scared 4year old. Mind you, my granddaughter has been to dental visits with no issues. We have tried to teach her that Dr/DDS are here to help, they do not hurt you and they don’t give shots if you don’t behave. My granddaughter just became more and more terrified and cried uncontrollably."

Second of all their payment online is not working also the phone number on the bill is also not working they listed the an extension number Which is not working so basically their website never works family portal never works nothing ever works and it’s so hard to get hold of anyone don’t waste your time and do not go"

"They take so long to answer the phone and when you schedule the appointment they call a day before and cancel it because the doctor has an emergency! after 3 times they canceled I came to my appointment 7 minutes late they canceled the appointment because the doctor didn't want to see me! Such a disrespectful team and they think they are the only people busy but not the patient."

"The dentist, here, I believe his name is Dr. Basheer is a great dentist. He always took the right precautions during COVID and still does. I appreciate the cleanliness that him and his staff try to keep."

"Update: it’s impossible to get an appointment now. I made this review the first time I came. They forcefully schedule appointments outside of the hours or days you can do it even when you tell them no and they don’t have anything soon available for simple things. Getting seen was very fast and easy. Telehealth appointments are available and they are very professional! Place also was very clean and neat including the elevators. Parking is really good too. It’s a good health center overall and I noticed they have a lot of different things such as dental. Highly recommend!"
