"Instantly turned away. I have both TriCare/VA and blue shield . I handed my blue shield first bc that’s the only physical insurance card I had. He then kept saying we can’t take any patients with this insurance I told him just run my VA instead then he kept saying they can’t see me bc I have blue shield. Mind you if I never told them I had medicare they never even would have known and would have just ran my VA…. I’ve been to several other clinics never had this issue . I think they just look for a reason to turn you away hence all the other bad reviews. Do not waste your time here all I needed was a inhailer (which my insurance would cover)"
"Save yourself the time and effort. This MC is horrible. My experience as follows: I took my girlfriend there to be seen after calling and being told that they accept a walk-ins. Upon arriving, the iPads to check in were all “unavailable”. The physician and physicians (I’m assuming) assistant saw us and said nothing AT ALL. Both of them took the only two patients waiting in the waiting room and saw them. When the (obvious) physician was done with her appointment and was finished cleaning her area, I asked about the possibility of being seen and who to speak to. She informed me that they only take appointments and that an appointment can be made from the computer next to her office door. I told her I was informed that they take walk-ins and she said “no, we don’t” quite coldly. My girlfriend tried making an immediate appointment at this time and was told by the system that no more appointments were available today. (NO ONE WAS IN THE WAITING ROOM) I mentioned there were no more appointments to the physician and that I need to get my girlfriend to an urgent care to which the physician quipped “well we’re not an urgent care” and closed her door. Seriously, DONT GO HERE. I don’t know how many physicians this place employes, but the short woman in her early to mid 50’s with the short bob haircut has no bedside manner at all. It’s no wonder she isn’t working in a hospital, but it’s truly a wonder she’s working at all. Also, if the main manager Pat reads this, I’ll be in touch because this type of unprofessional behavior needs to be addressed when a customer/patient is obviously in discomfort in the waiting area."
"I had a great experience being seen by nurse practioner Nguyen. She was thorough, caring, and gave me the prescription I needed. It wasn't too long of a wait before I was seen either. Schedule the appointment online and do the online pre-check ahead of time and you'll be fine."
"They only take appointments for today, tomorrow, or the next day. It is important to BE ON TIME for your appointment, they will cancel it if you are more than 5 minutes late (they don't really tell you this at all in the confirmation or anything). The doctor was very polite as she turned me away. When I made and attended a 2nd appointment three days later, I was politely informed that they don't take my insurance--there was no other way to check, I guess. This is the only "urgent care" within 100 miles that my insurance covers. Then, the nurse told me that I should visit a different clinic (that my insurance doesn't cover) because as long as that clinic takes my insurance, I would be fine. That's incorrect and not at all how that works--I would be on the hook for the bill. So I need to just wait 2 weeks to see my PCP. The truth is, insurance and clinic BOTH need to accept each other, I just hope nobody listened to the nurse's bad advice!"
"I went into a physical and TB test for school today and I was more than surprised! I booked an appointment online so I only had to wait about 10 minutes before being seen and once seen, I was out in only 20 minutes! The nurse was super professional, clean, friendly and make me feel so much better about coming to this clinic to be served! It also has a decently sized waiting area so you’re not cramped plus FREE face masks to wear if you are worried about getting sick around others! This clinic really seemed like I was in a real hospital and not inside of a CVS store. I will probably be coming back for my annuals because this is a great place to go to if you don’t have insurance or a primary care doctor."
