"Dr Hsing was OK but the support staff in particular the telephone contact was the worst experience I have ever had. Didn’t give correct message to the Dr. The doctor NEVER returned my call. Leaving this practice for good. Be careful!"

"Well my first appointment went well but I called (early in the day and left a message) to have my medication changed and no one would help me. They called me back after hours and the doctor would not speak to me directly or change my medication (which I cannot take). Instead they recommended I utilize an emergency pager to another specialist office instead of helping me change very standard medications. Find another office if you can, I will be."

"This office should be closed it’s DEPLORABLE from front desk to Dr. Gadri! I would give zero stars if possible. First off the front desk is terrible and second the Dr. Is an absolute idiot and quite dangerous, unethical and a very uneducated person. He called me rude when I asked about my own health care and my MOTHER DIED from this around same age in the same way (my symptoms are so severe and similar it’s very SCARY I don’t want to die and like her NOBODY LISTENED sadly God rest her soul she died and she should have been HEARD & TAKEN SERIOUSLY) and he couldn’t even acknowledge my existence never mind my words he knows what happened to her but you have to CARE to make anything HAPPEN HE DOESN’T AT ALL!!!!! He is a BAD Human Being and a HORRIBLE DOCTOR! !!!! I THINK THAT IS APPALLING and WHERE IS OATH and ETHICS you sign day one of Medical School??????? He was reported my me to the STATE OF CALIFORNIA by me! Please go to another office this one is beyond BAD it’s DANGEROUS PRACTICES ARE SO UNETHICAL and ILLEGAL in ALL 50 States! "Horrible office. Incompetence from the ground up. Complete cattle call style, terrible scheduling, long waits, pompous and dismissive doctors. A nice office doesn't mask who these people actually are. You're better off going literally anywhere else."

"Dr was good, but the two women working the front desk are not friendly. I would say the front desk upstairs is much nicer. People should be kind towards Medicare elders this is wrong and felt discrimination against me. Not sure why this good doctor would jeopardize his reputation like this."
