"In July this year I visited this facility for my annual exam and arrived about 15 minutes earlier than my actual appointment as I was asked to. When I was put in a room, I was told that the doctor had one patient before me and the doctor would be seeing me shortly. I was asked to take off my clothing, covering myself with thin paper shields and waiting the doctor for about 40 minutes. I was not sure how long I would have to wait, and I opened the room door and said "excuse me" several times, however, no one showed up and I decided to leave. This place is not an emergency facility. I did not understand why I had to wait for so long even when I was naked, and I felt so terrible. Would they have understood or accommodated me if I was late for 40 minutes for the appointment? It's lack of patient scheduling or operation and disrespectful to the patient."
