"Worst place every. I was is desperate need for a physical and that was all I needed. Prior to this I have never been to this place. They tricked me using the words “we also need to do your annual blood work” which made me think it was part of the physical because at Kaiser I done both a physical and lab work on the same day. Three months later I get a Quest bill for $400 dollars because my insurance will not cover it because they have sent the wrong bill coding. It’s been a month and I’m still dealing with this problem. Don’t ever go to this clinical. Not only was the staff rude but the nurse practitioner seem to not know what she was doing. I could have done that physical myself with the little knowledge I’ve gotten at nursing school. STAY AWAY!"

"My son went into the metropolitan clinic on sterling ave in san Bernardino California on friday the 6th of August and the doctor said that my son's seizure medicine prescription would be put in cvs pharmacy within an hour. Still no refills for him and it's Monday August 9th 2021. Then the receptionist got smart with me when i said my son is on his last pill. Lousy service rudeness and very slow service. Staff is very unprofessional."

"In October I took my mother to this place due to her physical pain. Before she walked into the doors she fell badly and when she was helped inside they did absolutely nothing for her. She was crying in pain and they did not prescribe her any pain medication. She has osteoarthritis and because of this, her pain got significantly worse and had to consider surgery. No doctors or nurses showed any form of sympathy for my mother, but we are seeing someone else now and she is getting the right care she needs. Please don't go here...."

"Worst clinic ever!!! Been here twice WITH an appointment and waited over 3 hours to be seen. You better off going to the the ER. Doctors are rude and don't really care about other. You can see the irritation in their face. I give zero stars! Shut this place down."

"Absolutely hate this place! They can't even fill my prescription for my nasal spray and it's been almost 2 weeks that I have been going back and forth! Then they leave you on hold for more than 20 minutes!!! The whole clinic needs to get shut down!"
