"Please note that there are TWO seperate suites (Both A & B) I was scheduled for brain MRI @ Ste B The receprion gals were lovely in every way. Both friendly in greeting me and welcomed everyone with a smile. Eunice called me back and cheerfuly introduced herself. She was auch a doll! Her guiding me to the dressung room and then the table felt much like a gracious tour guide and inn keeper all in one gracious kindhearted package. She made me feel so comfortable and so assured with every step of the process, that I literally fell asleep. In no time at all, my MRI was finished. She was such a nurturing soul, that she could make the tinman relax and the scarecrow be fearless. Best care I have ever received. I am a 60 yr old grandma and this visit was well worth the hour drive. Thank you Eunice fir being such a sweet loving soul. Francisco offered to guide me out when ready, and he too was a delight. By far, this is the absolute best imaging center ever!"

"This place itself was really wonderful, the area, not so much. Yes, the area is horrible, but it is just representative of what California has become giving everything away for "free" and is not Palm's fault. It was a pretty big shock coming from a fairly affluent area that is not crime ridden to come here, however the people that are employed at Palm Imaging are very professional, kind and expedient in their jobs. I arrived for an MRI and the receptionist was kind and pleasant. The waiting room was full of trashy people that in some ways scared me, in some ways shocked me (people are really like this!?) and in other ways entertained me (why our society pays for clearly capable people that can work to get free health care and not work is beyond me), however I digress. I was taken to the MRI machine within a half an hour and was provided courteous and expedient service by the professional technician. I was provided a locker with key to store my personal belongings and all said in done I was there a little over an hour and a half. Unlike many of the free loaders in the waiting room, I have a large deductible on my insurance and am paying for the MRI myself and I truly appreciate that Palm Imaging has such cheaper prices compared to other facilities. I am thinking many of the bad reviews are from the free loader types that are accustomed to complaining and have no jobs, therefore they have nothing better to do. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Palm Imaging."
