"Very helpful staff. I got much needed refills on my medication after they requested them to the doctor on my behalf. I was called back almost immediately and told my refills had been ordered."
"I have been with Inland for about 15 years. Staff have always been courteous, professional, and they follow-thru with phone calls. Dr. Kunam has been my doctor all these years and he's great too."
"They have been really good with helping me out. I am new to the whole medication thing and it was a little bit of a mess to get it filled again but we worked together and got it figured out. Ramya is always so sweet and helpful"
"Hema was incredibly helpful with scheduling changes. Highly efficient, courteous and kind. She was able to answer all of my questions about getting in touch with my doctor, and made it easy to trust that all of my comments would be communicated. I’ve had some difficulties scheduling appointments here in the past, so I’m very appreciative of the improved service. If you are unsure about any steps in your process of getting the care you need, Hema is the rep to speak to!"
"I've been in a very difficult, verbally and mentally abusive relationship for several years now. I moved here to help my friend that I've loved for years and he's shattered my sense of safety and well being. It was a blessing to find a place that could at least possibly help me. It's been a positive experience for me so far and Lakesha Jones has been wonderful to talk to. The chats may be short but she's there to help with my medication needs and I feel she does care about my well-being and getting me to a space that doesn't feel so dark. I've been through things in my life that have left me prone to a lot of anxiety and depression, as many of us have. I feel very comfortable talking to her. She's found a councilor for me to talk to also, so hopefully that will continue to help the process keep moving forward. Yes, there was a waiting period to see someone but there are a lot of us out there who need help...so sometimes you do have to wait. I'm glad that at least it's available to me, as it hasn't been during periods of my life where I've really needed help. I look forward to things continuing in a positive direction. The front end staff have also been very kind and helpful. They've given me calls to help me with my appointments and do answer the phones when I've needed to get ahold of them for one reason or another. Also, I had never done a video call before and was very apprehensive about the whole process but the young ladies in the front office helped me with that too. Thank you, I appreciate all of you..."
