"For a clinic they seem ok. For a primary they are not. Lots of miscommunication. I am changing my review. . I had to wait 4 hrs just to get a prescription refill. . The time before I waited 2 hrs just to be told I could come back at 4:30 and be seen faster. I waited 3 hrs. That was just to get them to send the paperwork for my surgery the next day. The paperwork was to have been sent 2 weeks before. They are full of excuses. I will be finding a new clinic."

"Won't come to a surprise that this place is unprofessional if you've already read the reviews before this one, but this place has literally made my fiance wait hours, to the point now she has to change doctors offices because its unacceptable. We thought the office being 2 mins from home would make it convenient, but it's been anything but that. I find it insulting that you have a first come, first serve kind of policy, but you don't go in order when it comes to the people who have been there waiting and people that just walk in. It's as simple as writing your name down and going down the list in order. It's not a difficult concept. My fiance likes the doctor, but it turns out she's not even working there anymore. I'm so glad to change the Doctors offices."

"Refused to release my medical records to me. Kept saying it was their policy and didn’t present any option but to talk to a doctor. So everyone knows, its illegal for them to hold your records. You are permitted to inspect your records after 5 days following a written request, and if you request a copy, they must provide that to you within 30 days. I had to look up my rights because they are shady here and trying to circumvent the law with their own policies. Ridiculous that they would make someone jump through hoops to obtain records that I have a legal right to. I am going to have to drive all the way back out here to pick up my records when they have them. Other doctors offices email records to patients. This place is so behind. Shady people, shady clinic."
