"Extremely Disappointing Experience at Kaiser I recently had one of the most horrible visits that I have ever encountered at a medical office, specifically at Kaiser. My appointment was scheduled later in the day, but unfortunately, I cannot comprehend what was going on with the staff that day. They seemed to be in a rush and didn't take the time to listen to what I had to say. The only nurse who took the time to listen was the one who took my vitals, and for that, I am grateful. However, I am extremely unhappy with the overall service I received. It felt like they sent me home without fully understanding the severity of my health condition. They didn't even take the time to conduct any lab tests or investigations. It was as if they brushed off my concerns with a casual "oh well" attitude. This lack of attention to my health concerns and the rushy behavior of the staff was truly disappointing. As a patient, I believe it is essential to feel heard and understood during medical appointments. Unfortunately, my experience at Kaiser fell far short of that expectation. I hope that Kaiser takes this review seriously and recognizes the need for improvement in their services. Patients deserve to be treated with care, respect, and thoroughness, regardless of the time of day or any other factors."
