"I was required to complete a physical for employment. I arrived at Concentra In Moreno Valley, CA without an appointment. I had a minimum wait time in the lobby and was finished with the appointment from start to finish in about an hour. I so liked the completion of documents online rather than filling out tons of paper docs. I receive excellent and friendly care from Jose in the back office and Dr. Li was thorough and attentive. Overall an efficient and friendly environment."

"My visit to Concentra included both a visit to the medical doctor side and the physical therapy side. And both teams are amazing from the time I was greeted at the desk to the wonderful staff that walked me back to exam room. And my doctor was so good. And then in all 3 of my therapy appointments, both of the therapists were incredible. Their exercises for my back, suggestions for home, and attention to detail and my pain threshold are just awesome. 10 out of 10!!!!!"

"Doctor Andrew and nurse Jose was great ! However, Two hour plus wait for a physical and TB shot! Called days in advanced to ask if I need appointment, front desk said no . If I was going to wait 2 hours plus should have been recommended to book appointment! Or have been informed how long it was going to take to do a simple physical. Don’t recommend Moreno Valley location unless you have all day to wait . Front desk ladies appeared to have an attitude when I asked for and update as I was already waiting an 1 30 minutes. They informed me that I will be seen shortly I am waiting for a “whole physical” in words of the front desk lady that had a bun and tattoos on her hands. The physical only consisted of the doctor checking my rate heart vision and ears which literally took less than 5 minutes. Front desk needs to work in their customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"The Concentra Urgent Care in Moreno Valley, CA is the Best! I say this because of the beautifully diverse team they have there that are compassion about their jobs and tailor treatments to your needs while providing world class services always. I did PT there with Marie and Lisa and the ladies were fantastic with providing a treatment plan to get me back to work. I recently received Chiropractor services from Dr. Patel and his treatment plan was very helpful for me to have more range of motion in my lower back area. Ana, the nice young lady at the front desk always greets me with a smile and is always willing to help with having my paperwork prompt and ready at the end of my session. Thank you team for your services and for helping patients live better lives one patient at time!"
