"Fatimah Harvey was a nightmare. She’s the worst medical professional I’ve ever met. She called me in and was already in a bad mood. She had some type of trash on the ground at her feet like food. She asked my symptoms. I told her about my sore throat and the same day a cough started I had a rash, and she said, “I only have 20 minutes with you so I can only help you with one symptom. You can go to your primary for everything else.” She wanted me out of there. She barely looked at me except when she raised her voice to me. I nearly walked out when she did that. I couldn’t believe it. She asked if I’d been to a minute clinic and I did, but when she looked up my name it didn’t come up. She got loud telling me CVS and MinuteClinic were not the same. I knew that. She did a swab and shoved the swab making me cough and choke. When she did she said nothing like are you ok or sorry. I mentioned that I get sinusitis and infections and I told her I got a cough the day after my boyfriend and she said with an attitude that she thinks it’s allergies and I can listen to her or not. The visit stayed awkward. She was on her computer not talking to me the rest of the visit. She told me she was gonna prescribe me 3 medicines. She sent me off with no nice goodbye or feel better which I usually get from doctors. I’ve read reviews after going and they’re similar to mine. The blatant rudeness, unprofessionalism and lack of care was straightforward. I’ll go anywhere else before I go back here."

"Just had the best experience at the cvs minute clinic off Rancho California. They worked quickly to get my screaming toddler checked for an ear infection. We were in and out in maybe 15 minutes with a prescription for antibiotics. They were so understanding about my son losing his mind. I just can’t say enough good things."

"Can you give negative stars?! How do you get a license as a nurse practitioner and mess up a simple TB test?! It would be one thing if you were incompetent but to have every employee have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced is just ridiculous. Avoid this place at all costs!"
