"I have been to the urgent care twice. They are efficient. One time they had a available time slot in family and internal medicine, so I was able to see a primary care doctor without waiting any minutes. Assistants and Nurses were both attentive and willing to listen."

"Never ever take Kaiser insurance. It’s just waste of time and mental harassment. ER services, Urgent Care are worst and seems doctor have no idea about problem."

"Worst than county hospitals. Checking in at the lab and you can smell the bathrooms. I entered the bathroom and almost vomited the smell was so bad. Went back 3 weeks later and still worst smelling than any outhouse or porta-potty. If they keep the areas that publicly viewable, just think how disgusting and unsanitary the areas are that we don't see"

"I called the pharmacy and the nurse was rude and impatient, just lacked customer service. I tend to notice that about most pharmacy workers. I did have a pleasant experience with an urgent care doctor there earlier in the year, Dr. Lin. Professional and courteous, did not try to hurry and get rid of me and was such wonderful person representing how patients should be treated. Definitely an asset to Kaiser."

"We had an awesome experience today I couldn't believe how quickly they process in and took care of us we're in and out within 30 minutes they were nice and friendly the line was long and we got here but it went by pretty fast and when we left at 9:40 a.m. there was no line for check-in and only a few waiting to be seen overall it was a great experience good job"
