"Upon arriving i was spoke to in Spanish, I hate that people assume that I speak Spanish. It took over an hour to get my vitals done. And when I finally did i came across this woman named Esmeralda. Esmeralda is probably the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever come across. If you hate your job, do NOT work there. Someone like her has no business in healthcare. You DO NOT laugh at someones chief complaint, scoff or roll your eyes at a patient, period. I will also be filing a complaint. I also work in the healthcare industry. My appointment was at 3. I got here at 240. It is now 410 and I have yet to be seen. The place is definitely outdated, not the cleanest, and honestly I do not see myself coming back here. It doesnt take that long to get seen."

"I waited an hour and a half to be seen, which usually is fine I get that doctors are busy. But I waited an hour and a half just for the doctor to come in for 30 seconds to not take me seriously, told me I’d have to wait a week just to receive a referral as they don’t do X-rays there. I couldn’t even talk or get a word in because she was rushing to get me out. So essentially I paid $30 for absolutely nothing and to have my time wasted."

"This last time was the last time I will ever go there. Rude Doctor, DR. Shah. She acted like I was bothering her by being there. Never really explained anything to me. She was not prepared and had to actually leave the room to retrieve a flashlight in order to look in my mouth, I am pretty sure she had my file and knew of my condition before she came into the room. The only good thing was the asian lady that takes the vitals, hence the one star."

"The front desk woman is completely incompetent for her job. I took my grandmother to get her blood drawn 2 times and they weren’t able to find a Vein both times. When asked to be referred to an actual laboratory she rolled her eyes and was completely rude. When I called from home to ask for a number to make complaints she tried to convince me she wasn’t being rude and how I was wrong. I hate that my grandma has to go there and deal with such terrible service. The older Asian nurse in the back is always joyful and caring, she’s the only nice lady of the bunch ."
