Members get rudely or very impatient try to get an appointment, especially if you have excessive medical issues. You might as well go to the dog pound because you'd get better treatment there. Then you will at any Kaiser"

I been sent home two separate times just to drive myself to a different hospital where they ended up treating me after leaving here because I was told that they could only tell me if I was sick and there was nothing they could. That if I wanted to make an appointment and go back then….. I hate my job for signing me up for this insurance I was perfectly fine with my old insurance I would not recommend to anyone. "Today I was in Kaiser for a procedure in building 1 on Alton parkway, I need to thank these people I have never been treated before so I have had this procedure twice but this treatment starts with Nurses Cindy and Stacy after the surgery my God amazing and from compassion to the patient at the moment, this is what we expect from Kaiser and the people who work there made me feel comfortable and at home such a good care I had never seen here before. And also thank you to Dr Van Thi Tran omg she explained everything to us with patience and without rushing, she explained details that we had doubts about the last two surgeries.
