"Do not waste your time. Your test is will shows all good after a week i checked another place and found it was - They are not properly storing samples or labeling samples correctly so they can’t be sent to the lab. They want you paid bills and results are fake. This private company is a scam."

"Hollywood Walk-In Clinic did not send my prescription to the nearby CVS in a timely manner, I had to call the next day and ask for them to be sent right away. During intake they did not measure my weight and height with the scales they had in office. I would’ve preferred that over being asked what was my weight and height since I don’t have access to a scale at home. I felt like the bedside manner was great. But overall I didn’t feel like I received the best level of care considering I paid 115$ for the visit and my prescription was delayed."

"I’ve gone here plenty of times for everything from a sprained finger that needed X-rays to covid testing to life threatening digestive issues. Staff is kind, well-prepared, and very compassionate with treatment every time. This most recent visit I was seen by NP Erin West, who very likely saved my life and correctly diagnosed me despite my specialist’s dismissive attitude toward my symptoms. She took me seriously, was very thorough in my exam, and even called me back a few days later to confirm that I was doing okay and receiving better care. I’ve never had an urgent care doctor call me back! She’s nothing short of the best and I really appreciate all of the care I’ve experienced at this place. I’ll be back for all urgent things, hopefully infrequently however. Full stars!!! More if I could!!!"

"I visited twice after a serious skating fall. The people here are friendly and polite - the healthcare is top quality. Big thanks for taking x-rays of my shoulder that are high resolution, very clear to see what is happening, and very straightforward. Easy to locate on a flash drive. Both visits were $200 and both times I got helpful medical advice, the thumb drive immediately with my images, and a prescription for pain. Nice and affordable."
