"My 6 month old daughter had been running a fever for over 3 days on the weekend. So on Monday when I called her primary; they were all booked up and so I went to this urgent care. Upon arrival, they were so kind and understanding of our situation. They got my information quickly, and I asked to wait outside. I was texted a link to show my wait time and it said 45-65 minutes. I checked on it periodically but the line moved quickly and I was in a room by 30 minutes! They also came outside to help me in which I really appreciated. The nurse was great with my daughter. Made her feel comfortable and she was very friendly. Doctor Arif was great too! When my daughter didn’t have an ear infection, she continued to run additional tests so she could be certain she covered all basis. Thankfully we found out what it was prior to leaving. They gave my daughter a stuffed bear and her medicine was ready 30 minutes after I left urgent care. All in all, it can be nerve wracking taking your 6 month old baby to urgent care but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great care provided, everything was clean, and they gave us everything we needed to help her feel better. I hope I don’t have to go again soon haha but if I do, I would 100% come back!"
