"Personnel were courteous. The final dr. Set impossible requirements for my personal doctors to fulfill. Even though I passed all physical and mental requirements set out by California dmv your doctors did not pass me. Consequently I am not able to continue my commercial class A drivers license."

"The wait was rather long, but I didn't have an appointment. Kids were running all over the waiting room area, which was very annoying. You know it's one of those things where you wouldn't be at Concentra if you didn't have to be. Then, to encounter this behavior from kids makes it even worse. The PA went through the motions very quickly with me once in the room. I almost felt as though I was in a Grand Prix race. But I felt that she executed what needed to be done. Going forward, I think it's best to make an appointment. Overall, it wasn't too bad. But it would help if the front desk told the parents to keep their kids under control or take them outside."

"I really did have a great experience at this Urgent Care! Everyone was so nice, attentive, and helpful and it really meant the world to me. I had to go twice and the first time I was helped by Taylor and she was the absolute best. Then the second time I was helped by Paolo who was also excellent. My biggest regret is not getting the names of the receptionists who helped me as they were truly so helpful and kind and as the first point of contact for a patient they really did set a good tone for my whole visit. And also I want to recognize PA Ross for being a great care provider. Thank you so much to everyone who was there, you guys were the best."

"This company it good but not GREAT like the Santa Ana location, the doctor makes the difference. The first time I came here the doctor was very friendly, but he was so busy being SOCIAL and laughing to focus on his job and read my paperwork properly and add my neck diagnosis. Because of that, I wasn’t treated for my neck and it did not get better, and my lifting was too high . As soon as I realized the error on my paperwork I got reevaluated at the Santa Ana location by my work, and met a very wonderful doctor there who is full of many years of experience , has good bedside manner and takes his time with his patients instead of rushing in and out like your doctor . I forwarded my care to Kaiser because of this error. It’s crazy the effect that one person can have on a persons recovery."

"Title: Disappointing Experience at Concentra: A Lack of Professionalism and Communication I recently visited Concentra for what I thought would be a quick and straightforward drug screening for a new job. The website stated that it was walk-in only, but upon my arrival, I was met with a waiting room of about five people and an equally crowded front desk. Initially, I was optimistic as the paperwork was handled promptly. However, that was where the efficiency ended. I waited for 45 minutes before being called, a duration that I could have accepted had I been informed in advance. What compounded my frustration was the staff's nonchalant attitude towards the waiting clients. They seemed oblivious to the fact that a simple acknowledgment or apology for the delay could significantly improve the waiting experience. Moreover, the lack of professionalism was evident as the employees behind the counter engaged in casual conversations, paying no heed to the growing impatience in the waiting area. Even the constantly ringing phone in the background was blatantly ignored. This visit to Concentra was a disappointing ordeal. It's astonishing how the entire situation could have been alleviated with basic communication and a hint of empathy towards those waiting. It was a clear demonstration of inefficiency and disregard for clients' time."
