"Great hospital went today with my kids our nurse was eric and he was amazing with them :)!! He gave us an update on everything! He was super friendly with my kids and made us feel very comfortable and not so worried even though we were going through a sick time. One of my kiddo had the flu :/ and Eric was very helpful with answering all our questions too. He was an upbeat soul. Melanie was our doctor and she was great too she took the time to explain everything and answer my questions too. Fatima also checked my kiddos vitals and was super friendly and patient. "Nurses are rude and have zero compassion for anyone. My male nurse made me take my shirt off with the door open and no curtain pulled while he stood there watching me. Then while I was in bathroom trying to get urine sample he came pounding on door scared the hell out of me. Then told me to hurry up. The whole experience made he never want to go back to this hospital. The one star goes to the front reception desk woman. She was extremely nice and made me feel good. The nightmare was the back nurses and staff"

"The staff were very nice and kind. They showed concern in my comfort level. They were very thorough and moved quickly to get everything done. The Dr. knew what to do with the symptoms I was experiencing. I felt a whole lot better before I was discharged"

"This review is for the Emergency Room. The reception nurses were tired and complaining about being overworked, mistreated by patients, and fed up. As I completed the paperwork, the nurse was very snippy and not friendly. Another nurse ignored me when I asked a question because according to her coworker, she was off the clock. When I asked the intake nurse for masks, she gave me two, even though there was three of us. The small ER lobby can seat maybe nine people. It was dirty and unkempt. One person was throwing up in a bag next to us. There was an aggressive homeless person who was moaning loud and yelling out. A nurse came out to the lobby to confront her. She insisted that the woman put her mask on properly because she had covid and homeless woman yelled back at her. My six year old son whom we were there seeking treatment for, was very frightened by all of this. We asked if we could wait outside and they said no, so we left after about 30 minutes and went to another ER. I would not recommend this Emergency Room to anyone."

"From check in to triage to care - everyone was quick, patient, & attentive. Kept me informed throughout my stay. Nurse James was very attentive & caring, followed up quite often. Dr’s were all patient with my questions, very attentive & informative. I didn’t feel neglected or ignored. MRI tech was super patient & understanding. Entire experience was incredibly good & all staff made me feel safe & cared for - definitely felt like my well-being was top priority! Thank you to entire care team!"
