Target Clinic, care provided by Kaiser Permanente - Irvine North

"I was supposed to have an appointment. It with conflicted with the time I had to go to work so I rescheduled for the same day at a later date. The person messed it up for a week before the actual appointment. I called to see what happened and they told me I just didn’t show up. However, the scheduled appointment was never showing in my Kaiser app and I was never given a call for the changed appointment (for the wrong date and time). They are super unorganized and this is definitely a last resort place."

"Have come here a couple times for ear infections, sinus infections- small things. Great, friendly staff and I’m in and out in no time."

"Was told I could walk-in for my TB skin test reading follow-up but the clinic was closed without notice due to staff shortage. Pretty irresponsible if you ask me. Couldn’t even get the reading at any other place (e.g. CVS Minute Clinic) because the test was performed at a Kaiser clinic. Had to drive out of my way to a Kaiser urgent care for the reading that took "

"Upon visit, we were told to pay our usual copayment as if we would have at a KP facility. 3 months later, we got the bill for the additional fee.. because they charged additionally for a lab test (a swab test) which was not incurred when I visited a KP facility with the same test on an earlier occasion. After the hassle of multiple attempts to get clarification from the clinic, I the result was that the additional charges is part of the contract agreement at the clinic. Definitely not in line with my benefit coverage if made visit to KP facility directly. After all the hassles, I ended up paying for those additional charges just to move on. We will not be using this Target clinic again to avoid surprise billing."

"We came for flu shot after the Irvine Barranca location turned us away. We were so happy to discover this place! It's conveniently located in our local Target and there was no wait (walk-in). The nurse was very professional and super nice. We discovered they also do physical exams and well baby care. The clinic takes all insurances, not just Kaiser. We definitely plan on using it more often."
