"I tried calling this morning a few times and no one answers. On the website says they are open 24/7 and you can walk in anytime. I arrived at 8:30 PM after work. At first the gentleman behind the counter didn’t say anything. Then at 9pm said something is not correct and they can only help me 7AM-6pm. I mentioned sorry I didn’t know since on the website says it’s 24/7 and he didn’t like that. He called my supervisor and we were trying for a simple drug test. He hung up the phone on my supervisor. Then he looked at me and said can you come in tomorrow. I asked nicely if it’s a possibility to do it now I would truly appreciate it since I work 7 days and 12 hours a day. He looked and said I have other patients. There was only one other person who just walked in. I said I can wait if that’s ok and no response from him. He began to work on the other patient and kept giving me a dirty look and shaking his head. So far this has been an absolute nightmare! People need to realize no matter what they are currently there because of patients and clients. If people like me did not exist then there would be no jobs. This person with grey-black hair was very rude and not much helpful! Elderly person I think his name was Jesse!"

"The receptionist was upset because I placed paperwork on counter next to her "NEXT TIME BRING IT TO ME". Then she said "why you say you were finished"? Here I highlighted it for you? She was very rude. She even called my supervisors telling them she was going to refuse service and that I was getting violent. There is a reason why they have a poor rating. And if her story contradicts mine, review video for the truth!"
