"We got married this past September, and we have so many amazing things to say about CRC. Where to start… First off, the sprawling property is a hidden treasure, with two wedding venues, RV hookups, tons of on-site accommodations, and mountain views of Temecula valley and so much more, its hard to find a venue packed with so many features. Bob, the owner, makes you feel so welcomed, you don’t feel like another client signing a check, you feel like family once you step foot on CRC. Bob goes out of his way to make sure you and your party are taken care of, you couldn’t ask for a better person to do business with! Our décor guru, Gabby, has a meticulous attention to detail, and is a complete natural at her job. She made the entire planning process a breeze. She listened to our vision, offered valuable suggestions, and ensured that every element, from the floral arrangements to the table settings, reflected our vision. She bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and truly transformed the venue space into a fairytale setting that exceeded our wildest dreams. We can’t thank you enough Gabby!! They took charge of absolutely everything from the moment we met with them. They handled every challenge with grace, and made us feel assured that we would be taken care of. Together, Leslie and Tracey formed a dynamic duo that is really, really, hard to come by these days. Their commitment to making sure we were happy is unparalleled. Cheers to you two! "This past weekend we had our wedding at California Ranch Company (CRC). This was an absolute dream wedding! Little about us. My husband and I are avid horse people and it was very important we had our horses as part of our wedding. We looked at several venues and CRC just felt the most like us. We worked with Tracey and Leslie, told them what we wanted and those girls made it happen!! We had the ultimate ranch dream wedding and I was able to turn a few barrels in my dress. Tracey was very responsive and easy to work with, she did really well making sure all the little details we wanted were handled and even went above and beyond. The catering and food was absolutely outstanding, the dj was really good! I feel like my playlist was a bit of a challenge and he coordinated it as if we practiced it several times. Everything was absolutely seamless and exceeded all expectations. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. A dream facility for many equestrians, it’s also a working ranch which was really neat to have rodeo events for the guests to see before the ceremony. During and after the ceremony and reception I had numerous people come up and tell me how this was one of the best experiences and weddings they have ever attended. Many of these were seasoned wedding goers and those compliments were the cherry on top! A huge thank you to the CRC staff. Bob for allowing us to treat the ranch as our own for our stay. Tracey for handling all the questions, coordinations and more. Leslie for going above and beyond to make my special signature drinks and also assisting with coordinations. The rest of the staff you do a wonderful job maintaining the facility, everyone we met and spoke to was very friendly and welcoming. "I don’t even know where to begin with this review for CRC. Our venue was one of many to get shut down 6 months before our wedding. I frantically reached out to a million other venues and was just about to give up and elope! As soon as I reached out to CRC Tracey the coordinator responded and was ready to get us in for a meeting to go over everything about the venue! The same week she reached out to me she booked us for a tour of the venue and we were sold from the minute we met her. I truly believe there is no one sweeter out there than Tracey! She is so personable and fun, I would literally go back to CRC just to see her! She was so understanding of our situations and was a huge helping getting us booked at CRC. She was so responsive with any and every question my husband and I had. We even lost our DJ two weeks before the wedding and Tracey found us a new one literally right away! That woman is a miracle worker! This venue is the absolute perfect venue for your wedding, I could not recommend this gorgeous property enough! Everything that comes included with this venue is unmatched and relieves so much rental stress that you typically have to deal with. Tracey ran our rehearsal dinner amazingly even though it bridal party was a handful to deal with and she kept up with any crazy idea I had for the ceremony or the wedding. Let’s be honest, I could go on and on about Tracey all day long. Not to mention she even took behind the scene photos and videos for us the day of the wedding?! She’s amazing. The weather decide to rain last minute the day of our wedding and Tracey and her team had backup plans ready to go! We ended up keeping our outdoor ceremony with no issues thanks to the umbrellas provided by CRC! Tracey and the team executed our wedding so beautifully and it was flawless to me! I truly had the best and happiest day of my life and I’m so grateful to have chosen this venue for our wedding! A quick note as well, we were taking photos before the ceremony and the owner of CRC offered to take us to some amazing spots for photos! He was so sweet and we are obsessed with the photos we got thanks to him! If you are getting married in the ceremony park and having your reception in the barn, renting the Ranch House that comes with the Bunk House is an absolute must!! Ourselves and our bridal party stayed at the airbnb the night before and the night of and honestly nothing compared to staying here with your closest friends. The venue is such a dream, and I would get married here over and over again with no hesitation. If you’re even debating it, absolutely book this venue!!! They will take care of you like no other. I can’t thank CRC, Tracey and her team enough!!"

"This place is so cute! I am so excited about it. Adorable little western town setting with lawn games a fire pit, delicious barbecue, beer and seltzers! Perfect for the whole family. They will soon be adding wine, live music and a TV for Sunday football. Please come check them out. I would love to see them succeed and grow!"
