"I did the drive through, they packed all my food into a small bag, once I left the bag tipped over all the fries fell to the ground. I went through again and explained what happened, they tried charging me $4 to replace the fries. Even after I complained about the packaging. The manager laughed in my face and told me I could have the sauces free. I returned all the food."

"Okay so I ordered my meal in the drive through. I requested larger fries with My order and never once was asked if I wanted sauce while taking my order. When I got to the drive-through window, I requested sauce. I had been helped by a male employee and it may have been a female manager who came over to help me. The male employee had charged me. The female employee handed me my food. When I requested sauce, she had a displeased face. She then said "it will be extra ". I said okay that's fine. She said "how many do you want ?" I said two. She proceeds to charge me. She asked if I wanted my receipt and I said yes. She charged me for 3 sauces and only gave me 2 sauces. How can you charge me for 3 sauces when I only requested two. Had I not requested a receipt I would have not caught that. If you're going to charge for sauce at least do it right. It may only be an additional cents that I got charged but how is it fair to get charged for something I didn't get? I didn't want to fight the charge as I was in a rush on my lunch break from work. I don't think I will be coming back to this location. Be weary of how much you're actually getting charged if they charge u for sauce."

"I got a burger fries and a drink, the fries were cold as if they had been left over from when they first opened. The burger was cold and the bun was falling apart, it was just thrown together. I usually don’t complain but $15 for slop is insane. Manager and employees were unprofessional and acted like they didn’t want to be there"

"This place has quality customer service. Employees actually do their job, they listen and deliver tasty food. The manager is friendly and so are her employees. Thank you BK for not messing up my orders ever."

"At this location the burgers are what you would expect -- tasty, reasonably well prepared, and nicely garnished. The original chicken sandwich patty was a bit thin and underflavored, but acceptable. The Big Fish sandwich was not good at all. The fish "filet"itself was so thin and the breading so comparatively thick and over-fried that, after 2-3 bites, I simply threw the rest away. Order this item with caution!"
