"Excellent museum, rotating exhibits, has an elevator, restrooms outside along with a cool park for kids. Docent at the desk was awesome at guiding and customer service, impressively so, please let her know she was awesome on Saturday. Cool experience center for young kids upstairs. Enjoyed the Black in White on Black and White exhibit, very informative. Also learned about the local Native American history and territorial history of the area, and the treaties."
"Hidden Gem! Loved learning about Temecula's history at the museum. Fascinating collection, perfect for a quick & interesting visit. Free admission, but we gladly donated."
"Stopped by to visit for Columbia Day at the museum. Lil event was small and very sweet. The museum on a regular day has some pretty cool history on how the area got incorporated. They have great stickers at $3 for kids water bottles. Visit the public library that also has some other cool history on the area and take pictures of the valley. Pretty views!!! The museum is great for kids 7+ who can be calm and read the info inside. It has AC and outdoor clean restrooms. In front of the museum has a Super cool park with a spinning globe!!! Kid, family and dog friendly. Plenty of parking on the street in front of the park."
"Temecula Valley Museum does a great job presenting the history of Temecula. The highlight for us was the special exhibit on farmers. Absolutely do not miss visiting the museum if you are in town."
"It’s a great spot to quickly know Temecula - how it got its name, history including the names you’ll see on the highway like Great Oak - it is a thousand year old tree in Temecula and “Rainbow” - he is a person not the light reflection. The place has a playground, ample parking, restrooms, gift shop. After spending 60 mins inside, we got hungry and there are restaurants right across the museum. To enter, a small donation is requested."
