"Huge place with a lot of services offered. It can be busy, for sure, but the line to check in is quick. Plus they have the kiosks, assuming you can check in that way (depends on what you're there for, I think). Feels like a mall, but for medical services."

"Staff have compassion. Pharmacy is fast to serve , waiting time is at minimum. Staff assists each other to minimize long lines. Good teamwork !"

"There is a medication that my 8 year needs, on a monthly basis I have to refill the prescription, Kaiser does not allow me to order or fill in the prescription until the very last dose of medication is gone,, but the problem is, NO Kaiser pharmacy ever has it in stock, they always “have to special order it”,, and my daughter goes without her medication for 5-10 days,, I’m still in disbelief,, I’ve filed a grievance but nothings changed. I’ve spoke to several Kaiser pharmacy pharmacist who all state they can not order before?!?!? They can not have it in stock knowing my daughter needs this medication?!? Why not?! It’s a medical necessity and Kaiser is withholding the medication?!"

"Nice and clean facility. Getting seen in module 203 by Dr. Carre. She was informative and pleasant, very caring and also assuring to find a diagnosis. Although it was a long wait, I'm glad she was the one to attend to us. But to update you, several weeks later still no follow up. she was very assuring that she would check-in and make sure to follow up. Haven’t heard anything from the Dr. or anyone else at the office. So it seems like they care so much in the moment, but only to hurry along to attend other patients. And following up is out of the question because of how “full” and “busy” they are. I get it, but they shouldn’t make us feel as if we are going to be cared for and wait on someone to read our results or spend all that time convincing us that their Dr.s are different and they have time follow up with us, when we’re just a number. It’s a nice concept but also upsetting to see, that an an expensive insurance plan, still only gets you so much attention and limited patient care."
