"I been a patient for years and I miss the old staff. Doctors who actually cared about you and accommodate you due to work and life you know. Now it’s all rude receptionists and nurses, scold you for things that shouldn’t concern them. I been switched doctors left and right with no communication about it. They don’t even ask me what’s my availability on appointments and when I see what they give me and tell them I can’t. They don’t bother to change it, they say you call on your time to change it. If they hate working there they shouldn’t be there. I’m so done with this clinic. They are so disrespectful here. And the current doctor I have there is so inconsiderate and makes rude comments. I’ve seen her about 5 times and every time she greets me like she never met me. So that says a lot."

They are conviently located with offices near you so whether it be a check up..or needed labwork or even a dentist they are in the same buildings so you don't ever need to drive far! "I have been to many health care facilities thru out my lifetime and I'm being honest when I say that the Via Care Family Health Centers are the BEST EVER! They have the MOST locations ...the FRIENDLIEST STAFF..DOCTORS ARE THE BEST..they even have a free TRANSPORTATION SERVICE that will pick you up and take you home! There are 5 close in my area of EAST LOS ANGELES alone and I've been to all of them! They are CLEAN and the STAFF couldn't be more eager to help you! The DOCTORS make you feel so COMFORTABLE and the make sure your prescriptions are called in and try their best to get you through appointment that suits you best! "If I could rate it zero I would. Terrible work ethic. The male doctor just rushes through the consultation. The workers are incapable of making appointments correctly, I had an appointment at 3 and they told me I was wrong and did not take me! Most frustrating thing is that they will not receive you if your 1 min. Late and they say to be there 15 min. Early and will take you 1-2 hours after your appointment time. Too many mistakes and Im just one single patient, its a terrible clinic."
