"My doctor, Dr. Leung is probably the best doctor I’ve ever had. Dr. Leung is the main reason for my rating here. He’s a doctor that doesn’t ever make you feel bad about your issues — and takes EVERY step possible to make sure you get better as well as informing you about safety. He is very on top of things regarding getting you the right tests and remembering your symptoms from even over a year ago! Amazing doctor. This place also accepts MediCAL which is great. As well as MyChart that lets you message your doctor any time. The only issue is with possible inaccuracy in bloodwork, I’m not sure if they figured that out because they work with Quest for that."

"I have had good experiences in the past and have really enjoyed the Dr. I've worked with. However, I called in for emergency services due to COVID several times and the on-call Dr. never called me back... so unacceptable. I ended up having to pay to see someone at an urgent care, because I was severely ill. This is negligent and not ok!"

"Great community clinic, they offer so many programs for un-housed individuals and services for un-documented individuals as well. This is a non-profit organization so everyone please understand so many patients come here for free services or discounted services they may get backed up due to the demand."

"Please allow me to start off with saying: The medical staff is very helpful. The nurses, doctors, and PAs, etc are great. Doctor Hobart Leung is especially wonderful. As is each and every person thats had to draw blood from me haha. I am not one for complaints. Especially when it comes to service or helper jobs of any kind. Be it restaurant work or surgery, I have nothing but respect. This simply cannot go unaddressed. Some staff members LOUDLY complain about their homeless patients. They have gone on extremely long diatribes about homeless patients using the resources that Saban was built to provide. Stating that they are “abusing the system,” and other similar prejudicial comments. Frankly it is appalling that this sort of behavior is openly tolerated in a clinic designed to help disenfranchised people. Additionally. The front desk staff is very rude. They repeatedly correct patients on the phone, rather than listening to what callers are asking. For example: Instead of helping me reschedule an appointment today, the front desk operator repeatedly cut me off to correct me about the title of the “physician’s assistant” I was trying to schedule an appointment with. Now I understand the type of pressure the front desk staff is under. And I know they don’t mean to be harmful. But bedside manners matter, no matter what community you are serving. I am at the end of my rope today. Most people are. Everyone who has to go to Saban Clinic is at the very, very least, at the end of their financial rope. The staff at each and every Saban Clinic needs to act like it. They need to be trained to treat people with basic dignity and respect. And if anyone needs, I have dates for every incident I have seen or experienced."
