"Horrible experience. My daughter had an appointment at 8:15 we got here at 8:10 we waited in line for 15min just for the clerk to tell me she can't be seen bc we were late. They made us late by having us wait. Then had u wait another 2 hrs. Finally they called us at 10:22 just to put us in a room and wait for another hr."

"This place is not efficient at all! A simple task of sending a prescription over to our local pharmacy takes the whole day apparently. We left the clinic at 9am and told us the prescription would be sent over and ready in an hour. It has been 7 hours since we left and nothing has been sent over to the pharmacy. The last thing I want to do is keep calling the pharmacy to verify that they got the prescription. That is not my job! Nobody knows what they are doing at that clinic. Never going back again. They just charge your insurance and look the other way."
