"Worst Service!!! I heave ever seen in healthcare department. It should be closed down ASP. Today, (8/25/23) I needed to do a COVID test, So I checked their website where it says no appointments required but suggested to call. So, I called their helpline, and they told me that I don’t appointment. I left my house for test while I am super sick and tired, but when I went there they refused to do the test today. The girl, who was sitting down in the front. She was like running her parent’s business. When I asked her that I would like to do a COVID test then she said let me ask ask she can do that or not. Then she came back and told me that today they can’t do it, and did not tell me any reason. As if I called before going there, so I got little upset and mad. I called the same number to tell that matter, and asked the girl in the front counter who is running her father’s business over her very politely: what’s your name mam, and she said rudely why you need my name. I would like report ur call center what you said. She refused to give me her name. At last, security guard come inside and told me that I can’t make a call over here. So, I came outside. And called the same number the guy over the phone said they should do it, and apologized for their service. Security guard Liam was very helpful and friendly but this review is not for him. So plz stop harassing ppl. And update ur website, and put someone in the front who doesn’t look like run their own family business. Worst Service!!!!! All staffs are setting down and sleeping, so plz closed down your clinic ASP."
