They could be charging two people different prices for the same procedure and we would have no way of knowing This place is worth giving a shot to see if you like it, there are also many other skin clinics in the area so I suggest shopping around and find the one you like"

"My friend and I tried to book appointments for the promotion in September ($150 for the facial) but they were fully booked. They let us know they extended the promotion through November so we took advantage since I've never had a Korean facial. I had Yuna as the aesthetician, and she was fabulous. As she was applying or using each machine/product, she'd explain what she was doing and what it was for. The face, shoulder, and head massages were added bonuses since the other facials I've had didn't have as much massaging. She asked permission to do the blackhead extractions since they're a bit uncomfortable, but worth it. And Yuna asked if I wanted sunblock on my face before we ended, so that was a nice touch. Keep the skin protected! The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Since I was waiting for my friend, the gal at the front offered snacks and tea and made sure I was comfortable since it's a bit of a wait. A few things to note: - Valet parking in the lot - Venmo deposit ($50) requested at time of appointment - Balance due before the service - Cash tip always preferred - We couldn't book concurrent services, so they were consecutive (Yuna did both my and my friend's facials) - For the service, you're undressed from the top up, but towel top provided"

"★ 11 minutes ago I booked an appointment for Nov 30th that I had to cancel. They asked for a $50 Venmo deposit and my requests to refund me the deposit are being ignored. I'm canceling with enough notice. It only takes less than a min to issue a refund on Venmo or to reply to my text on when to expect the refund and they aren't responding. I even requested the refund on Venmo to make it easier on them, and I haven't received anything. Beware of this place, they don't seem like an honest business. I will file a complaint with Venmo and the Better Business Bureau. This is unacceptable!"
