"They don’t even seem professionally qualified enough for McDonald’s. The unprofessionalism in this place radiates. They couldn’t do X rays if their life depended on it. With all offense and all disrespect they need to be sent back for training and maybe redo middle school- college. This lady was annoyed cuz they forgot to make my appointment and she had to take me in anyways? She had no patience. I highly dislike like the vibe/energy here.. pissed me off for sure . When they clean ur teeth. pain. When they do the X-rays. pain. I said ow and this lady gone look at me like “what?” Tf. She’s lucky I didn’t have any reflexes due to the amount of pain I was in. Never coming here. Horrible is an understatement and unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe the amount of annoyance these workers brought to me. I not only want this place shut down, their dental license should be revoked."

"I went in for a blood drawn test, I don’t have medical so I had to pay $65 out of pocket, which is fine. What they didn’t tell me was that I had to pay $50 dollars if I wanted my results back. Not only that the receptionist with glasses she’s slightly older was rude. My appointment was at 12ish. I waited an hour and half in the waiting room. The worst part is that they failed to provide that information. Never did they tell me that I had to pay another $50 more for my results. It’s completely ridiculous. I’m for sure not going back to that place. The male nurse, younger looking guy is super nice though."

"I’m giving one star for availability. I scheduled an appointment and got seen the same week. There is very poor communication between staff and patients. I was scheduled for a phone call with the dr and an i person appointment. The phone call never came and when I showed up for my in person appointment, I was told it was over the phone. My prescription was only partially filled and I have not gotten a call back from the dr. Office. The receptionist are rude and I’ve been hung up on and ignored in person. I switched my dr literally a week ago and I’m already fed up with the nonsense. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for care."
