"What a disappointment. I bought the 6 session laser hair removal package and got 0 results. Treatments were delayed because their laser machine was broken for over 2 months. Prior to purchasing, I made sure that the laser would work on my hair type and I was told that the treatments need to be done on time every 3-4 weeks. Well, my treatment was delayed for over 2 months since the machines took forever to fix. The owner told me that the treatment didn't work for me because of my hair color or my hormones... mmhmm sure. There's always some excuse especially after I had a consultation and was told that it would work on my hair color prior to even making the purchase. Bottom line is don't waste your time and money on this place unless you feel like pouring over 1K down the drain."

"Wanted to love this place, however I was put off by the demeanor of the doctor. It was my first time ever doing botox and my goal was a slight brow lift. I wanted only 10-20 units. The doctor made it seem like the brow lift could not be achieved with that amount, and insisted on 30-40 units all over my forehead/ eyes etc. I do not have wrinkles yet and was not interested in preventative botox. I should have stuck up for myself, but she was adamant. I am sure this place is great for someone who is older and just wants their whole face done. For those looking for aesthetic touches- I would not recommend. They do book you a follow up appointment after the first appointment to make sure you like the look. Considering I had almost no wrinkles beforehand, my look remained the same (my fiance never noticed I did it at all.) For my goals, I would have rather the small brow lift and spent the couple hundred extra on a facial instead of preventative botox."
