"A perfect spot in Oceanside for ocean lovers and novices alike. We gathered for our daughter’s wedding and it was fantastic to have everyone under one roof. We enjoyed walking to the pier and marina, but also appreciated no road between our place and the water. Magical location. Our only tip is to remember to lock your cars even when parked in the large garage as the side garage doors do not fully latch on their own. If one person neglects to pull the door shut, locals may poke around while you sleep. To credit of Beachfront Only, they installed a gate between the houses the next day to limit access. Would definitely return when back in town."

"This is a review of the property management company! Not the property itself. HOWEVER, the property we stayed at was misrepresented in photos by the management company and in descriptions in the following ways: There is a picture of the property on 1086 Neptune that shows an outdoor seating area with stairs that is NOT accessible when renting this property. It also appears that there are stairs with direct beach access which is definitely NOT the case. There is no direct beach access from the property. The management company should probably change their name to OCEANfront only vacation rentals? Also, be sure to read the reviews on this property when it comes to the bathrooms which are pretty bad overall. The property also clearly promises a washer dryer. Once we checked in, the closet with the washer dryer was completely empty with hoses sticking out and the rental company did not only NOT inform us, they were totally unaware. Their solution was for us to use the unit next door for laundry ON THANKSGIVING DAY when it was available. Also by the way, 3 flights up! And were only given clean new towels after they were reminded we were in need 24 hours after they were made aware we were without a washer dryer. Our family packed with the intention of being able to do our laundry, which were not able to do until we were well without clean clothing options. We had to go purchase new clothes, and do our laundry on the holiday. The property management company offered us a $100 refund and a $500 credit to be used contingent on "no negative reviews." Ridiculous seeing we spent $6791 for our vacation rental....While we liked the property overall, we won't be back due to the lack of customer service."

"Second time staying at 1809 pacific - this is our absolute favorite house! Customer service was fantastic per usual & everyone was extremely helpful even during a holiday stay. The house was very clean, all the extras were perfect and we truly couldn’t ask for more. Look forward to returning to this house again & again! Definitely recommend! Best view in Oceanside :)"

"The best place we’ve ever stayed! The most beautiful scenery and the rental had great updated amenities inside. The kitchen had everything we needed and the layout was perfect in terms of the spacing. Our friends and family enjoyed the bedrooms and the short distance to the beach. The place had a great view for sunsets and it was an optimal location with great stores and restaurants close by on the coast. Would definitely come here again!"

"These guys are awesome. Just got home from oceanside. We spent 3 nights in the same unit we stayed in last year and thoroughly enjoyed the place. It had been freshly painted since last year. It was so clean and stocked with everything you could need to make anything. Very cozy and comfortable place. Saw lots of dolphins and surfers. Thank you Beachfront."
