"Booked travels through Fiji Vacations in March 2020 and my flights and therefore my entire vacation was cancelled due to Covid. Despite the airline promising refunds they did not give me a refund. Additionally I didn't get a refund for my hotel either. I'm basically out 2k with no value to show for it. I followed up with them multiple times, but instead of providing any help they seemed annoyed and kept saying the airline will send the refund to an Amex card (Note - I never used an amex card to book). When I tried speaking to the airline directly, they said I had to go through the travel agent since I booked through them. Horrible service, wouldn't recommend. Gave them a 1 star, but it's more like a 0* from my end. Pretty much a scam."
