"I was in a horrible situation about a month ago, at midnight. This was the only place I could find that was open. Luckily, the cashier let me use the phone. I didn't know the address, I asked him the address, he had a very thick accent but was pleasant throughout the four hours I was stuck there. However, the address he gave me was 1110 Arlington Dr. I don't understand why he gave me that address, but it screwed me over that night and I was stuck in the freezing rain until 4 am. He even wrote down that address when I asked him because I couldn't understand him. I'm not writing this review to criticize him, as he was VERY nice and sympathetic, I'm just trying to figure out why he gave me that bogus address! It's funny in hindsight but I will always wonder "Why?""

"There are basically only 3 workers there which I love. If you go to a gas station, they always have so many workers so I doubt they have full timers. That's my thought, but here I know the people and they are sweet. They are all personable, they remember the customers, and they ask for others that customers know. It's a bit of a family atmosphere there even though everyone looks differently. I'm a local, so it's a nice walk for their amazing Frazzle. It's their shaved ice drinks they have by the iced coffee. We go there every day for it. The lemonade flavor is the best...and they all know what my man and I always get. It's nice to see them. My fiance is heading over now to get us some. I love this hidden corner store! I love that they never run out like 7eleven's iced coffee"

"I worked here and it was great except for the customers. I don’t know why but we attract too many homeless people and we have some of the weirdest people who come and steal from the store. My coworkers were great but the clientele was not the best. If you go to circle K, try to be nicer to your cashier. Their job is enough workload, they don’t get paid enough to deal with rude people. As far as escorts go, we don’t do that. If you don’t feel safe, don’t come in. We’ve tried getting the homeless to leave but the police won’t do much about it and we have been instructed not to confront them. That aside, it’s a clean store and we make sure to stock items as soon as they’re in stock. Do keep in mind that most of the time we only have one or two workers with a manager running the entire store so the only time we have to clean is whenever there’s no customers. We do our best to offer excellent customer service but at the end of the day we’re humans and we’re not perfect. There may be a day when you get some eyes rolling and a fake smile but that’s about as bad as it can get because that’s better than ever yelling or cursing at an annoying customer."

"I tried to make a purchase. I put my card into the machine FIVE TIMES! EVERY TIME, the screen went unresponsive, then the transaction was cancelled. EVERY TIME! The cashier kept telling me that I cancelled. I DID NOT! Finally he told me, "your card is no good." I went across the street to AMPM and my card worked PERFECTLY. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE."
