He prepared a detailed day-by-day online itinerary that was dynamic for inevitable changes in connections etc. that made it easy to see what was coming up and to get us to the right place at the right time with the right paperwork! There were special touches for birthdays in the family whilst we were away that Kevin arranged - a very nice surprise for them. I will be a repeat client."
